Our Mission
Empowering Girls Through Math - A Seat at The Table
We are dedicated to Math tutoring aimed at elevating girls and their identity around math. We know this will open up opportunities for these MathGirls and close the gap that exists in technology/STEAM professions. While there is an increase in girls/women in STEAM fields, our experience is the gender identity around Math still exists and that special window closes on Girls around 3rd grade. There are programs in high school and college to attract girls to the STEAM fields, but by then girls have already formulated their math identity. Therefore, our goal is to work with girls before they reach middle and high school. We focus on girls ages 7-12 to ensure that they grow up to be women who have a seat at the table!
Passionate and Energizing Tutors
We know that learning is so much easier when you have an engaging and extremely passionate tutor that was a girl just like you or your daughter at one time. They know where you are and how to get you where you need to be.
It Doesn't Matter Where You're Starting
No matter your current level as a MathGirl, our Tutors will help you build the required skills to get to the next level, excel moving forward. This MathGirl confidence will help you lead your own path in other areas and eventually take on the world! We know, We have been there!
